Useful visitor information at a glance

Please note - we apologize for any inconvenience!

  • Elevator: Due to short-term maintenance work, the elevator in the Science Center Spectrum is out of operation from time to time. Unfortunately, barrier-free access to the Spectrum will then only be possible on the ground floor. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Construction works / parking sites: Our forecourt at Tempelhofer Ufer (entry Spectrum / Ladestraße) is being revamped:
    - The parking spaces for private cars are therefore very limited. We strongly recommend using public transport for your journey to and from the museum.
    - Access and parking space for buses in this area is no longer possible! Bus drivers are requested to let their passengers embark and disembark at Trebbiner Straße.
The goal of the construction works is to create a barrier-free route. Furthermore, beginning in the summer of 2018 you will be able to enjoy the space’s new seating opportunities and new lighting.
  • There is no A/C in the science center Spectrum.
